If you have any complaints or concerns about the behaviour or actions of any of our mentors, or how the website is displayed/information that is displayed then please contact management@teenagehelpline.org.uk.

We aim to respond to complaints within 20 working days, and we will deal with all complaints and concerns appropriately.
